| Description | Our Peterborough based client are looking for a Team Leader to help run their fast-moving production lines. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing process, including quality, efficiency, training, scrap, KPIs and equipment etc. Previous manufacturing experience is essential, as is an appreciation of lean manufacturing methods. You will also need to be able to demonstrate good leadership and communication skills.
This is initially a temporary position, but for the right person there is a good possibility of permanent employment. |
